EMDR Therapy
As a trained EMDR therapist, I’m grateful to have this tool available for my clients. This type of therapy can be helpful to many individuals.
-
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
-
EMDR is a form of therapy that helps people heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. Experiencing trauma can block the brain’s natural way to recover from distressing events.
-
If we decide that EMDR therapy is a good fit for you, we will work through its eight phases. EMDR therapy is designed to reactivate the natural healing process through alternating eye movements, sounds, or taps.
-
EMDR therapy can help address a wide range of challenges such as PTSD, addiction, anxiety, and many other struggles.
